Discover SCUBA Diving on Catalina Island

This exciting introduction to SCUBA Diving on Catalina Island is a Fun and Great way to experience SCUBA diving without the commitment of a certification course. 

  • Daily times available at 8 a.m., 11 a.m. & 2 p.m.

  • All gear included

  • 2.5 to 3 hours includes instruction and dive time.

  • Divers -  $120

  • Solo    -  $140

  • Intentionally Private Diver - $195

What to expect:

 

On this Amazing Adventure you'll get a great introduction to what SCUBA diving on Catalina Island has to offer.

 

You will be introduced to the diving basics and how to use your SCUBA gear with a knowledgeable Instructor, then take the plunge of a lifetime into the Casino Dive Park.

 

The Casino Dive Park is a long-standing marine preserve and offers an abundance of marine life. After practicing a few safety skills in the water your Instructor will guide you through the Majestic Kelp Forest, showing off the beauty of the underwater world while making sure you are safe and comfortable.

 

Beware! After just one dive - you may become a SCUBA Addict!

 

 

This could be the beginning of a lifelong love of the ocean!

What you need to know:

  • Experience Needed: NONE 

  • You must know how to swim & be comfortable in deep water.

  • Ages 10 and older.

  • Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled time.

  • Meet your instructor at Catalina Casino Dive Center.

  • Please plan 2.5 to 3 hours. This includes instructions and dive time.

  • Note: PADI standards prohibit cameras during the Discover SCUBA Dive.

  • You will be asked to complete our Medical Form
