The Scuba Cat is Avalon's only vessel custom built for dive excursions around Catalina Island!

 

It is a 2000 46' Newton fiberglass-hull dive boat. The Scuba Cat is fast with its 2 new engines, fun with our full service crew and reliable, offering daily snorkel and scuba trips. Private or group charters are also available.

The Scuba Cat is equipped with a sun deck, 2 wide-easy exit ladders, 3 hot water shower heads, 2 camera tables, fresh water equipment & camera rinse tank, a head (the nautical term for bathroom) and sink.

We also offer Catalina boat dives aboard the Scrambler, which is ideal for smaller groups of divers. 

 

The Scuba Cat's knowledgeable, experienced captain and onboard instructors and dive-masters will ensure your excursion is safe as well as exciting and memorable.
