Day of Diving

This hassle-free experience includes round-trip ferry transportation to Catalina Island, full gear rental, and unlimited air fills for a full day of exploration at the iconic Casino Point Dive Park. Tents & Tanks Scuba Adventure
Tents & Tanks offers diving experiences and accommodations. Divers can stay at Hermit's Gulch Campground and explore the Catalina Casino Dive Park with unlimited day diving, followed by another day on the Scuba Cat for a two-tank boat dive. ​

​We advise you to bring any personal camping supplies you may require, such as tents, stoves, lanterns, and sleeping bags with pads. Hermit’s Gulch Campground has a limited supply of tents, stoves, and sleeping pads available for rent.​

Charter the Scuba Cat
The Scuba Cat is Avalon's only vessel custom built for snorkel and dive excursions around Catalina Island! It is a 2000 46-foot Newton fiberglass-hull dive boat. The Scuba Cat is fast with its 2 new engines, fun with our full service crew and reliable, offering daily snorkel and scuba trips. Private or group charters are also available for up to XX passengers.
The Scuba Cat is equipped with a sun deck, 2 wide-easy exit ladders, 3 hot water shower heads, 2 camera tables, fresh water equipment & camera rinse tank, a head (the nautical term for bathroom) and sink. The Scuba Cat's knowledgeable, experienced captain and onboard instructors and dive-masters will ensure your excursion is safe as well as exciting and memorable.

Catalina Interior Tours
Take a private Catalina tour and explore the magic of this enchanted island. Your personal guide will pick you up in either an an open-air 6-passenger Jeep or one of our comfortable Toyota 4 Runners or Toyota Sequoia and show you picturesque views and share the island's rich history.
Private Catalina Island tours run daily beginning as early as 9:30 a.m. and private tours of Avalon are available on your schedule. Book on-line or contact our office for more details. Customized tours will be charged on an hourly rate and are subject to availability so advanced reservations are recommended.
